MANHATTAN (CN) - Joan Stanton, the voice of Lois Lane in the 1940s radio show. "The Adventures of Superman," claims she hired Kenneth Ira Starr to manage her finances, but Starr abused her trust to fund his and his friends' "pet projects," put millions into illiquid and questionable ventures, and lied about it.
Stanton alleges breach of fiduciary duties, professional malpractice and fraud.
Here are the defendants in New York County Court: Kenneth Ira Starr, Starr & Company LLC, Starr Investment Advisors LLC, Kisco CPA PC, Keith Barish, Ann Barish, The Barish Fund LLC, NIS-II LLC, NIS-III LLC, KB-II LLC, and KB-III LLC.
