A federal court in California ruled against 16 first-year international student-athletes, admitted to study and play sports at UCLA and Loyola Marymount University, who sought an injunction against the U.S. government’s orders prohibiting them from entering and remaining in the country because their academic courses are not currently offered in-person due to the pandemic.
