Virginia Tech Massacre

LEESBURG, Va. - The father of one of the 32 people killed in the Virginia Tech massacre sued Roanoke Firearms, TGSCOM Inc., and Joe Dowdy dba J-N-D Pawnbrokers, claiming they negligently sold guns to the mentally disturbed killer, in Loudoun County Court. He also sued a court clerk, who allegedly failed to send a copy of the shooter's previous order of commitment to Virginia criminal records.
