TUCSON (CN) - A Vietnam veteran claims the Veterans Administration Hospital here injured him by promising to implant an AMS CX700 Ultrex penile implant coated with Inhibizone, then implanting an inferior model, that injured and deformed his scrotum with its excessive tubing, leaking, snapping and popping when he walked, and other deformities and injuries.
