PALM BEACH (CN) - A federal class action claims Victoria's Secret Stores knows its undergarments can cause "allergic reactions, contact dermatitis, blistering, itching, hives, rashes, scarring, [and] systemic reactions," but fails to warn customers.
Plaintiffs demand punitive damages. The 32-page lawsuit does not specify what it is, exactly, that allegedly causes the problems. Plaintiffs are represented by Jordan Chaikin with Parker Waichman Alonso of Bonita Springs.
