Victims of Terror

MANHATTAN - Two New York banks - the National Bank of Egypt and Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank - must turn over funds to satisfy a $314 million judgment against the Sudan, related to its support of an Oct. 12, 2000, terrorist attack that killed 17 U.S. Navy sailors and injured 42 others while the USS Cole was docked at the port of Aden, Yemen, for refueling, the Second Circuit ruled Wednesday.
