LOUISVILLE (CN) - A sales manager claims her boss at Bridgestone Firestone forced her to give him oral sex, making her vomit, slapped her "to make her compliant," and when she complained, Bridgestone fired her. She sued the boss, Richard Terry, and Bridgestone Firestone in Jefferson County Court.
The plaintiff says Terry repeatedly forced her into an upstairs room, slapped her "to make her compliant," pulled her hair and "made (her) gag during the forced sex acts and after each act (she) vomited."
"After the forced sex Terry threatened (her) and ordered her not to report him to the authorities or to Bridgestone. Terry stated to (her) that 'other people have lost their jobs for complaining,'" the complaint states.
She says she did report it, and Bridgestone fired her for it. She says other women have complained to Bridgestone about Terry and "Bridgestone has never taken any action against Terry to protect its female employees."
She demands punitive damages. She is represented by Kurt Scharfenberger.
