WASHINGTON (CN) - The Department of Veterans Affairs has amended its loan guaranty regulations regarding assistance to eligible individuals in acquiring specially adapted housing.
This final rule implements provisions of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008, which authorized the VA to provide for automatic annual increases in the dollar amounts available to certain Specially Adapted Housing grant recipients.
