KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - A patient of the VA Hospital in Mountain Home, Tenn., claims an addiction counselor who claimed he had the power to "take care of" plaintiff's need for shoulder surgery, gave him blow jobs during counseling sessions, until his surgery was over.
