Veterans’ Caregivers

A federal court in Washington, D.C., dismissed a putative class action brought by caregivers to injured veterans who claim they were denied appropriate assistance, finding that federal law prevents the court from reviewing claims seeking a review of the disputed Veterans Health Administration determinations.
