Valentine's Day Cards

GREEN BAY, Wis. – A federal court in Wisconsin ruled that a student’s First Amendment rights were violated when security at her technical college stopped her from handing out Valentine’s Day cards that contained Bible verses.

The women is awarded damages of $1 and a declaration that the college violated her rights.
