SAN DIEGO — A federal judge in California declined to issue a temporary restraining order to block the San Diego Unified School District from enforcing its “vaccination roadmap,” which requires says students age 16 and older must be fully vaccinated by Dec. 20 to attend in-person classes and participate in extracurricular activities.
