PORTLAND, Maine — Maine’s Supreme Judicial Court ruled a lower court improperly declined to take “judicial notice” of Centers for Disease Control vaccine information in a divorce dispute in which a mother objected to having her children vaccinated for childhood diseases like polio and measles, while the father urged the court to consider information about the safety of vaccines and how vaccines strengthen the immune system.
