FORT WORTH, Texas — In a suit challenging the U.S. Navy’s Covid-19 vaccination policy, a federal judge in Texas granted a preliminary injunction to the 35 service member plaintiffs who claim the mandate violates their religious freedoms. In his order, U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor said that the Navy does provide a religious accommodation process, “but by all accounts, it is theater.”
