ST. LOUIS — A federal court in Missouri issued a preliminary injunction to block enforcement of the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for federal contractors and subcontractors in 10 states: Missouri, Nebraska, Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.
A federal court in Louisiana granted such an injunction to Louisiana, Mississippi and Indiana last week, following the issuance of a nationwide injunction by a federal court in Georgia the week before.
