Vaccine mandate

MANHATTAN — The Second Circuit entered a temporary injunction Friday to block New York City’s vaccine mandate for public school employees, only to dissolve that injunction Monday and reject a motion by vaccine-hesitant teachers to halt the mandate pending their appeal. All teachers and staff must be vaccinated by Oct. 4.
