Vaccine distribution

BOSTON — The First Circuit dismissed a white man’s suit alleging New Hampshire’s early Covid-19 vaccine distribution plan, which earmarked up to 10% of vaccines for vulnerable individuals in high-risk census tracts, discriminated against him based on his race. Vaccine supply in the state is higher than demand, and since he was scheduled for a vaccine appointment in April 2021, the man’s claims are moot.
