Vaccine coercion

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — New York City faces disability discrimination claims in a federal class action from more than two dozen people led by the group Women of Color for Equal Justice, which seeks to represent two subgroups: those who been fired or otherwise barred from their workplaces because they have refused to get the vaccine against Covid-19, and those who say they were coerced into getting the vaccine after experiencing lost pay or lost benefits.
