A Washington, D.C., appeals court ruled that a couple who claims their infant son died as a result of a vaccination is not entitled to compensation because they did not prove “by a preponderance” of evidence that the vaccinations contributed to his death.

WASHINGTON – The Federal Circuit ruled that a couple who claims their infant son died as a result of a vaccination is not entitled to compensation because they did not prove “by a preponderance” of evidence that the vaccinations contributed to his death.
