TRENTON, N.J. — A New Jersey appeals court affirmed a ruling that the state’s Division of Child Protection and Permanency could vaccinate two children for measles despite the parents’ religious objection. Among other things, the state has had care of the children since 2017 for lack of medical care, and the father is a Megan’s Law violator.
