Uvalde class action

AUSTIN, Texas — In a federal lawsuit seeking $27 billion, a class of students, parents, teachers and staff at the Texas elementary school that was the scene of a mass shooting in May claim local police strayed from well-established protocols in failing to quickly respond to an active shooter.
