ATTORNEYS - A man accused of capital murder claimed the lower court erroneously ordered him to dismiss one of his two court-appointed attorneys based on statements they made to potential witnesses. The Utah Supreme Court found that while there is a potential risk that the attorneys would spend too much time and energy defending themselves against interference charges, the conflict of interest was not serious enough that the defendant could not waive it.
