ATTORNEYS, SANCTIONS - Attorney Fugal sought an extraordinary writ for relief from a contempt of court order that removed him as counsel as a sanction. The Utah Supreme Court found that because a contempt ruling is subject to appeal, another legal remedy was available to Fugal besides the writ. Dismissed. Fugal v. Howard
