WASHINGTON (CN) - Fox Television Stations were naughty and Uncle Sam demands $35,000 from them - $7,000 for each of five stations that broadcast "Married By America" on April 7, 2003. The show depicted a topless woman whipping a man's butt as he knelt on all fours, like a dog, and other naughty, naughty things, for which the FCC assessed fines. It's time to pay the piper, Uncle Sam says.
