US Says County’s Juvy Hall Is Dangerous

INDIANAPOLIS (CN) - The Marion Superior Court and the judges who oversee its Juvenile Detention Center allow children to be placed in danger, placed in "unreasonable and unsafe isolation," denied due process, abused, exposed to fire hazards and unsanitary conditions, and subjected to unconstitutional abuses, the United States of American claims in Federal Court. Indianapolis is in Marion County.
