US Blocks Merger At Indianapolis Airport

WASHINGTON (CN) – The United States filed a federal antitrust complaint to block the $129 million merger of Signature Flight Support and Hawker Beechcraft Services, the only fixed-base operations companies that serve Indianapolis International Airport.

Uncle Sam says the defendants compete directly for fueling services, ramp, hangar and office rentals and other services. Their merger would reduce competition.
