Uranium mine

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld a ruling in favor of the U.S. Forest Service, Energy Fuels Resources and EFR Arizona Strip in a suit brought by environmental groups challenging the federal agency’s decision that Energy Fuels had a right to operate a uranium mine in the Kaibab National Forest.
