SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld the dismissal of a suit against President Joe Biden brought by a nonprofit group and parents who claim they were discriminated against because of local vaccine mandates. The plaintiffs also claimed imminent injury from “the mathematically proven imminent dissolution of America from within” due to alleged “increasing rates of chronic diseases, disabilities, and injuries that are the result of injured and dysfunctional immune systems.” There’s no connection between the plaintiffs’ alleged injuries and the president’s actions, the court ruled.
