Unvaccinated firefighters

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — A federal court in New York refused to grant injunctive relief to unvaccinated New York City Fire Department employees, finding termination based on a failure to satisfy the city employee vaccine requirement doesn’t “trigger the proffer of charges and predeprivation hearing requirements.”
