Unleashed Dog

A federal court in New Jersey ruled that a man who was seriously injured in a physical altercation with police, who were responding to calls about a dog chasing people on the street and the “dog’s drunk owner,” may pursue some of his claims, including excessive force, failure to intervene and malicious prosecution claims against certain officers involved in the incident.
