University of Kentucky Fired Him| For Reporting Fraud, Auditor Says

LEXINGTON, KY. (CN) – The University ** of Kentucky **** and the director of its Internal Audit Department, Joseph Reed , fired an auditing manager and adjunct professor to retaliate for his reports of fraud, waste and mismanagement, Dan Ross** claims in Fayette County Court. Ross says he found problems in UK checking accounts, in the Bucks For Brains-Research Challenge Trust Fund, in UK computer stores and auxiliary services stores, and in its Procurement Card, or ProCard, system, and he says he was fired for reporting it.
