NEW ORLEANS — The Fifth Circuit denied six United Airlines employees’ request for an injunction to prevent the airline from placing them on unpaid leave — or threatening to do so — because they refuse to comply with the company’s vaccine policy. The employees claim they have religious beliefs that prevent them from being vaccinated.
