Union Fees

AFSCME.</span></i>

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A federal court in California **ruled in favor of the Service Employees International Union Local 1000 in a class action dispute relating to “fair-share” fees, finding that the union collected the fees in good faith before the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Janus v. AFSCME.
