Union Dues

A federal judge denied California state workers’ bid to claw back union fees they paid prior to the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Janus v. AFSCME, ruling Thursday the union and state acted in good faith by withholding the dues in accordance with state and federal law at the time.
