OKLAHOMA CITY — There is no private right of action for individuals to enforce a section of the Oklahoma Employment Security Act, the state Supreme Court ruled, finding that a trial court improperly issued a preliminary injunction requiring the executive director of the state’s Employment Security Commission to reinstate federal Covid-related unemployment programs.
