Unemployment benefits

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — An appeals court in Missouri ruled a woman who moved to New York when her St. Louis-based job became remote because of the pandemic did not “leave her employment voluntarily” — she would have returned to in-person work when she was required to do so. Thus she is entitled to unemployment benefits, the court ruled.
