SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Court of Appeals ruled that the Workforce Appeals Board must reconsider its decision denying a resort manager unemployment insurance benefits. The manager quit after he was told to resume same-day turnover of hotel rooms and reopen a welcome center in June 2020.
