Uncircumcised Boy Does Not Have A ‘Male Genital Disorder,’ Family Tells Insurer

ANN ARBOR (CN) - American Community Mutual Insurance denied a family's claims for medical insurance, saying the father had obtained the policy under a misrepresentation: He failed to state that his uncircumcised son had a "male genital disorder." The family, which paid $519 a month for insurance, says that "male genital disorder" was not defined on the application, and that it does not apply to the boy anyway, in Washtenaw County Court.
