Uber 'Hell'

A federal judge on Wednesday <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/Uber-Hell-DISMISSAL.pdf">dismissed</a></strong> for the third and final time a man’s proposed class action accusing Uber of using spyware called “Hell” to spy on Lyft drivers, finding he’d failed to meet <a href="https://www.courthousenews.com/judge-poised-to-toss-uber-spying-class-action-for-third-time/">pleading requirements</a> under the Stored Communications Act.

OAKLAND, Calif. – A federal judge on Wednesday dismissed for the third and final time a man’s proposed class action accusing Uber of using spyware called “Hell” to spy on Lyft drivers, finding he’d failed to meet pleading requirements under the Stored Communications Act.
