OAKLAND, Calif. - A federal judge in California has refused to dismiss defamation lawsuit against a former Uber employee who emailed four co-workers about "illegal" activities he allegedly witnessed them perform while working there. The email was later made public during Waymo's litigation against Uber for allegedly stealing trade secrets.
