U.S. Says County Lets Down Hispanic Voters

CAMDEN, N.J. (CN) - Salem County and its officials have been accused of refusing to offer help to Hispanic voters who do not speak English. In the federal complaint, the U.S. government urges the defendants to translate ballots to Spanish and train bilingual poll workers to accommodate the county's 3.67 percent Hispanic population.
