BANKRUPTCY, ATTORNEYS - A bankruptcy trustee requested to remove an attorney who was chosen by a debtor to handle a personal injury action. The Second Circuit held that the bankruptcy court properly approved the removal request based on ample evidence that the best interest of the estate would be served by a change of counsel.
