TRADEMARK - Urban Gorillas launched a line of steel body kits that allow customers to install a new body on top of an existing truck chassis to give the truck a military appearance. The 10th Circuit found that General Motors did not present sufficient circumstantial evidence that it suffered economic harm or that the body kits infringe on trade dress rights in GM's Hummer line of vehicles.
