TUCSON (CN) - The USA sued 130 acres of land, more or less, in Santa Cruz County, to build barriers, lighting and other structures to keep furriners out. In 11 other lawsuits, including some against private landowners, the government wants to condemn another 50 acres, more or less, for the same thing. See complaint in Tucson Federal Court.
