U.S., Canadian Regulators Will Cooperate

WASHINGTON (CN) - The SEC and its counterparts in Quebec and Ontario have reached an agreement to help them supervise regulated businesses that operate in both countries. The agreement sets rules on, among other things, sharing information about broker-dealers and investment advisers.
