Tyson Chicken Recall

Citing the possibility of bits of metal in its frozen, ready-to-eat chicken strips, Arkansas-based Tyson Foods is recalling more than 69,000 pounds of the product.

WASHINGTON — Citing the possibility of bits of metal in its frozen, ready-to-eat chicken strips, Arkansas-based Tyson Foods is recalling more than 69,000 pounds of the product.

Stamped with a best-if-used-by date of Nov. 30, 2019, the strips were produced on the same date in 2018, according to a Thursday notice by the U.S. Agriculture Department. Packages are marked with the establishment number P-7221.
