Two Philadelphia Eagles in Court

PHILADELPHIA (CN) - Philadelphia Eagles tight end Brent Celek and his wife, competitive kickboxer Susie Celek, have been sued in state court by their condo association, which claims the couple refuses to remove their dog, Bruiser, from the Villas at Packer Park.

The Villas at Packer Park Condominium Association says the couple failed to pay fines for failure to remove the dog, and it wants a judicial sale of the defendants' unit to satisfy unpaid fees and legal costs.

The association says dogs aren't allowed there, other than those used by the disabled, and that Bruiser has "caused repeated damage to the common areas of the condominium."

The Association claims that the health of the other unit owners will be endangered if Bruiser stays.

In other Eagles-related news, a company claims the DeSean Jackson Foundation, a pancreatic cancer nonprofit founded by the family of standout Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson, refused to pay in full for public relations and event coordinating services for a "charity fundraiser gala."

Beach Creative Services demands $21,750.
