Twitter terror

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld the dismissal of a consolidated lawsuit against Twitter, Google and Meta that accused the social media giants of aiding and abetting ISIS, which used their platforms to recruit members and raise funds in connection to a terror attack in Barcelona that killed 13 civilians.
