Twitter Ban

The Eleventh Circuit dismissed far-right activist and former congressional candidate Laura Loomer’s suit against the Council on American-Islamic Relations accusing the organization of persuading Twitter to ban her from the social media platform. The circuit court found Loomer had no claim for tortious interference with a business relationship under Florida law.

The circuit court found Loomer had no claim for tortious interference with a business relationship under Florida law.
