SAN FRANCISCO — A federal court in California dismissed independent journalist Alex Berenson’s First Amendment claims against Twitter, which banned him from the social media platform after he violated its five-strike Covid-10 misinformation policy. Berenson’s breach of contract and promissory estoppel claims survive “for now," the court ruled.
